Henry nodded, an acknowledgement as well. The exact details of last year's Fourth were shrouded to Henry--he had not been at the party, his mother had not known them exactly; all he had known was what he could see from a distance, and what he could glean through rumor mills and his own truth seeking. To hear it from Ronan was to hear a bit of truth that grounded everything else.
"He didn't manage it, just blew himself up," Henry assured, because he had seen Matthew Lynch at Raven Day, only in passing. But that didn't change that Ronan wasn't home, and Henry knew it.
